Shipping policy

At Aura Well Store we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Time Standard UK delivery takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping Cost We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.

Customs & Duties As we ship from international warehouses, your order may occasionally be subject to customs checks. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. However in most cases UK orders arrive without any additional charges.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at support@aurawellstore.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.

Multiple Orders If you place multiple orders they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
