Refund policy
At Aura Well Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
How To Request A Return Email us at support@aurawellstore.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item if damaged
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@aurawellstore.co.uk and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used or are not in original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
